Job description

As we grow, we’re looking for an eager and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive - Paid Social & Display, reporting to our Head of Digital Marketing as part of our London team.


We’re looking for someone who can help to support our Digital Marketing team with the setup, delivery and optimisation of various Paid Social and Display initiatives. This role requires a candidate who is eager to learn and build on their experience in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership and responsibility for campaigns and their results.


The Role

  • Work with your manager to develop and implement a multi-national Paid Social & Display strategy; from campaign creation to targeting strategy and creative direction
  • Have ownership and responsibility for the strategic direction of your channels, as well as demonstrating best in class tactical execution
  • Partner with local Marketing Managers to deliver international campaigns utilising market insights and cross-channel learnings
  • Own day-to-day campaign reporting, analysis and optimisation, including a comprehensive testing framework, plus identifying opportunities for channel growth
  • Proactively stay up-to-date with latest industry methodologies, best practice and tools

Your Background

  • A real passion for marketing and a keen interest in all digital aspects of it
  • 1-2 years worth of digital marketing experience in a Paid Social and/or Display focussed role (agency or in-house)
  • Experience planning, implementing and optimising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram & GDN (AdWords)
  • Experience using third party Facebook tools such as Smartly.io, AdEspresso, Kenshoo or Marin Software
  • An additional European language (eg. French, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish or Norwegian) would be a big plus
